If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay, this is your spot. They thought of every thing possible you would need during your stay plus some. Felt like home, which is rare for someone else’s home. We will definitely keep this cozy house on our list for staying when we’re in the area.

David’s place was great. It had everything that we needed. It was very clean in all the areas. He was very responsive to our questions. If you are looking for a quite place to chill this is it.

I'll tell ya right now, if you're considering booking this place, DO IT. We stayed here for a long anniversary weekend. It's exactly like the photos, very clean, lots of amenities. Dave thinks of everything and it's super dog friendly. Our dogs loved exploring and we loved all the wildlife that we got to see everyday. The king bed is very comfortable, bathroom is spacious, kitchen has everything you need. The couple things to note- the neighbors dog(s) will come say hi, as they did not everyday we were there, but they're also easy to shoo away. The immediate property was free of stickers, but the back pasture had some we had to pick off our pups. Also, we did have dinner at a few local spots and recommend Cozy Grape and Threshold Vineyards. Overall, its been one of our fav bnb stays and we can't wait to go back!

This was our second time staying at Dave's place and it totally lived up to the last! We love being able to get away from Houston and have some quiet and space. Our dog loves it, too! Dave thinks of everything and all of the little details really make the place so wonderful. Can't recommend enough!
