Our home is in the newly developed Punta Piedra Villas! The community is gated/guarded with security 24/7 and it is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pacific coast, including breathtaking sunsets, a light sea breeze and access to many of the community amenities! A quick 40 minute drive from the San Diego-Tijuana border, our location is perfect if you want to do it all! Hit the beach, shop, eat, golf and of course visit the wineries in beautiful Valle de Guadeloupe! Brand new, two story, single detached home. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, sofa/tv lounge area as well as it has its own patio. Downstairs you will find the other 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. They all have their own built in closets, Samsung Tv's, beach/pool towels, extra blankets and a fan. There Indoor dining for 8 people as well as outdoor on the back patio. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine at home. The living area has a large comfy sofa and a 75" tv and excellent sound bar, great for movie nights or watching sports! There is also 4 beach chairs, a volleyball, books and games available for use. Please beware that though the weather if often mild, the house does not have heat/air conditioning but a great breeze, plenty of blankets and fans if needed! In addition there are two large rooftops (currently being set up) with lounge chairs and outdoor living space where you can enjoy the sunset over the ocean! The pool and jacuzzi are just a short 2-3 minute walk on a beautiful walkway from the back gate of the home. You may also take walks along the Oceanfront walkway in the front community. Great for a sunset/cocktail walk before dinner!

Everything about Our stay at Casa Blanca was exceptional!! The house and decor is absolutely beautiful!! Highly recommend it. The house is even nicer than pictures. It is modern, cozy and mesmerizing all under one roof. We felt safe with the 24hr security at the front gate. All the security and gardeners we encountered were very friendly and polite. Emilee is definitely a super host she went above and beyond making sure we had all of the information that we needed to ensure a pleasant travel and stay at her place. We will definitely be back soon!
Excellent house, close to the scenic road, gated place and liked that they also have security. My family had a good time, definitely coming back during the summer ☀️

We loved Emilee’s home. It was so well decorated and the ocean breeze invited you to enjoy your coffee outside on the patio. I appreciated the 24/7 security; it was just another added layer of peace of mind. The kitchen is equipped if you want to cook while you’re there. Emilee was also very accommodating and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again.

Newly built modern community with 24/7 guarded security. Community pools, jacuzzi, volleyball court and picnic areas. Conveniently located directly off the scenic toll road 40 minutes from the San Diego-Tijuana border. The community is centrally located from many of the Baja highlights such as fabulous beaches (5 min), the Famous Original La Fonda restaurant/bar (5 min), Valle de Guadalupe (30 minutes), Ensenada (30 minutes), Rosarito (20 min), Puerto Nuevo (15 min) (Lobster and shopping). There is an Oxxo across the street where you can stock up on water, snacks and necessities. Enjoy scenic views of the amazing sunsets over the sea from our rooftops!
Garage access is not available to guests but there is parking for up to 2 cars directly parallel to the home. The community is gated and guarded to unauthorized people. If you would like a driver for any part of your stay, I can send some recommendations.

My husband and I are well traveled and have been many places in the world, some of our favorites are Iceland, Thailand, Japan and everywhere in Mexico! We currently live in Southern CA and are excited to host others to our own airbnb in Baja, Mexico. We love the beach and outdoor activities such as surfing, hiking and snowboarding and we love eating new foods and tasting craft brews!
