It was a great stay. everything was super clean. the house address was not on Google maps, its a new development. good thing they sent us detailed map, we were able to locate it easily. Nice neighborhood.

The place was very clean, Nikki was quick to reply, the only down fall was they have children and they were very loud running around and jumping from 6:00 am. If you want to sleep in, I would not recommend this place. (Not soundproof)

A very well appointed home! Everything you need and very clean! The only thing I would suggest is to put in a key pad at the entrance to the unit as you can only lock it from the inside. Just added security for the people renting out the unit and for those renting. There are smaller children upstairs, so it was a little louder in the mornings and I’m a light sleeper but we weren’t around a lot during the day so no bother. Nikki was easily accessible and very accommodating!

The place was very clean and cozy. It is new and spacious. My only comment would be that it is a family friendly house in the sense that they have little ones which contributed to it being loud at times. It is a basement suite so you can hear everything from upstairs. Overall our stay was comfortable and suited our needs.
