The apartments are Value for money. I would stay again the only thing that spoiled it for me was the cleaners never did a good job I had to explain how to sweep the floor and wipe the sides. Other than that they were friendly, the apartment is extremely cheap if a sweeping brush and mop was included I wouldn’t even need the cleaning services but as they don’t include one I had to make use of it.

"I had a great experience at this Airbnb in Da Nang city. The location was fantastic with plenty to do. The rooftop pool was a superb bonus, and since it was mostly empty, it felt like having a private pool. The proximity to the beach, markets, restaurants, and even a nearby gym was very convenient. The only downside was the presence of some dust on the furniture. Despite requesting cleaning service during my week-long stay, it was not provided promptly, and I had to remind them multiple times."

The staff is helpful and friendly although they do not speak English. Do not expect the room to be cleaned every day. They do so on request (but you have to remind them. Hot water is over after ~5 minutes. Expect to find some hair here and there after the room is cleaned. The place is not bad, but it’s also not great. I would come back, if I don’t find anything better.
