The place was clean and quiet. There were some cosmetic flaws but nothing that stopped us from using the place. Overall, it was a good stay.

we went for almost a week stay at ismaels place. We were a family of four and we had plenty of space to be comfy and spent a lot of time in the actual space as we were there for my hubbys work. We enjoyed the space as well as the location, although it was a bit further from the areas we are used to being at in Brownsville it was quiet peaceful and everyone in the area was welcoming and friendly. we had zero issues everything worked and their was everything we needed. We were faced with leaving a bit earlier than expected as our ride showed early but we were so satisfied with our stay after initial concerns for how far out we were. Ismael was responsive to any questions or communication we had as well . Very well suited for a small family unafraid to try a spot off the beaten path. If you are looking for extreme luxury this might not be it but if your looking for an affordable and safe quiet place to stay for your stay here DEFINATELY GIVE IT A SHOT!

Unfortunately, this place was dirty. There were cobwebs in the rooms and a dead roach on the carpet in the master bedroom. This place was in a bad neighborhood. We heard very loud gunshots twice very close to the home around 1:30 a.m. on the eve of the 26th. I was concerned that a stray bullet might have come into the home.
