Nous avons passés plus d'un mois à ce magnifique endroit! Julien est probablement l'un des meilleurs hôtes que j'ai eu sur cette plateforme. Il fut attentionné, proactif ainsi qu'à l'écoute de nos besoins. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu un problème avec la laveuse et l'internet (qui était hors de son contrôle ainsi que du notre) et Julien à réglé le tout à la vitesse de l'éclair! L'appartement est lumineux et extrêmement bien situé (entre deux stations de métro). La rue est passante, mais la chambre est située vers la ruelle arrière et est très bien isolée. Nous avons dormis comme des bébés. Le balcon est aussi un plus pour prendre l'apéro ou profiter du soleil! Bref, vous ne pouvez qu'apprécier cet endroit! C'est maintenant notre 'go-to' à Marseille! I love this apartment. It has a spacious feeling and is full of light. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, including good pots and pans, so u was able to cook. The location couldn’t be better, so close to everything. And Juliennus a great host. Never intrusive but if you need anything he’s right there and he’s such a nice person. I was there for a month and loved every minute of my stay and will certainly stay there again when i return to Marseille. I highly recommend this apartment and am telling my friends about it.

We enjoyed the month we spent at Julien’s place. Julien was a wonderful host: responsive, accommodating, and super friendly. Though he lives just across the hall, he always respected our privacy. The apartment is cozy. Though the neighborhood is bustling and Blvd Salvator is buzzing with motos, the 3rd floor space is a quiet oasis. Centrally located with lots of public transit nearby, and Cours Julien a short walk away.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Julien’s apartment for about 5 weeks in the summer. We would highly recommend staying here. Julien was flexible with the check-in and check-out to accommodate our schedule, and was very responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and we loved spending our evenings on the balcony. The kitchen is also well-stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. The apartment is in an amazing location, close to the old port, shopping, and lots of good restaurants and bars. Julien went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay, and we’d love to come back one day.

Unbeatable location, laid-back and friendly host, pleasant apartment: what more is there to ask? When I first arrived at this apartment, I noticed that the host lives next door and I thought: oh no. I like having privacy. And I'm afraid of a certain class of airbnb host that wants to monitor and control every little thing. But don't worry. That's not Julien! I lived across from him at this airbnb for two months. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. Although I would probably have to warn the friend that the WiFi was sometimes a little bit slow; I think the airbnb connects to a router in the host's apartment, which is one over. If that's a concern, reach out to Julien. Anytime I needed something, he was always prompt and happy to help, and to fix any problem. He felt like more than an airbnb host. He felt like a friend.
