The fully equipped Siora of Paros Terraced Villa features four bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, two separate bathrooms, two kitchens and a living room. You can enjoy the exterior dining area and the rooftop terrace by relaxing in the plunge pool (6 sqm size) and lounging in the sitting area. The house is perfect for up to eight people. Siora of Paros Terraced Villa is a luxury villa in Naousa, Paros, close to all the vibrant life of the town. The villa consists of the following spaces: 3 bedrooms (Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom), a bathroom, an open plan kitchen / living room, a fully equipped little house in the basement that features an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen! The villa have a large balcony overlooking the Aegean sea and a rooftop terrace with a stunning whirlpool tub (6 sqm size) and magical sea views!!. - The bedrooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated. In all bedrooms you will find comfortable queen sized mattresses, large storage for your belongings and luggage and small colourful design touches. - The kitchen space is large and fully equipped to enjoy cooking, fitted with luxury appliances (fridge, oven, and hob). A large dining table is also there for you to enjoy your meals or even to spend time on your laptop. - The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. - All bathrooms are equipped with essential amenities (towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap) - The balcony has a large table and chairs for you to enjoy eat and drink or just simply be! Also the balcony offers great sea views. -The rooftop terrace has a stunning whirlpool tub (6 sqm size) and plenty of seating and lounging spots around it to enjoy the magical views that it offers. We offer daily housekeeping and before you check in, we make sure that the apartment is spotless!

Excellent Airbnb in a beautiful location on the water next to a beach and a short 6-7 minute walk into town. Very good communication and service from the host. I have stayed at 30+ airbnbs and this is one of the best!
This was our first visit to Paros and it was lovely. The property looks just like the photos - it was very well maintained, clean, and a good size for our group (three bedrooms in main residence plus a fourth bedroom in an attached apartment). The location is perfect. It is outside any busy/noisy area while still being only a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Naoussa. The host, Konstantinos, is extremely friendly and attentive. He was very helpful to us during our stay with anything we needed - he went above and beyond. Depending on desired activities, I recommend renting a car. The car is certainly not needed for Naoussa as this property is so close to town center. We used the car to tour the entire island and visit various beaches. I recommend the property to any family or small group looking for a nice visit to Paros.
I would recommend this airbnb and would return. Great location close to the town square in Naousas. The villa was beautiful and well maintained, with lovely furnishings and amentities. We enjoyed the pool and view which is spectacular and a great spot to watch the sunset. It included daily housekeeping and concierge service. Konstantinos and his staff were superb. They helped greatly with recommendations for activities, restaurants, and whatever we ask. Helped make our trip to Greece memorable.
We loved our stay at this villa. The interior is well designed and tastefully decorated. The charming housekeepers keep everything spotlessly clean. The outdoor spaces are fabulous including a beautiful eating area and a rooftop terrace with a small pool and stunning views. The villa is perfectly located in the quiet residential streets Naousa. There is a good mini supermarket, car hire and gorgeous beach just around the corner from the villa and it is a pleasant 10 minute stroll to town. It is well managed by Konstantinos and his colleagues who are so helpful and obliging - Thank you. This is a very special listing and we can highly recommend it.

Naousa is the must-visit destination for everyone travelling to Paros. This fishing village, with its whitewashed buildings and small pedestrian streets where you can lose yourself, has loads of character and despite its tourism development it has kept its unique feel and beauty intact. In the summer season it is a vibrant place to be, filled with countless options for eating, drinking, shopping, and wondering around. Some of the best restaurants and bars of Paros are found in Naousa ranging from traditional Greek taverns to cosmopolitan restaurants offering superior culinary cuisine. It is essential that everyone experiences a dinner under the stars by the harbour of Naousa as this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and you can’t find this setting anywhere else!
By the port you will also see remains from the Venetian castle and watch the sunset while taking your early evening stroll.
Surrounding the town of Naousa, there are plenty of wonderful beaches such as Kolimpithres, Monastiri, Santa Maria and Ampelas and the capital town of Paros, Parikia, is just a 15-minute drive away so it is a great place to have as the base to discover everything that the beautiful island of Paros has to offer you.
Paros can be reached both by air and by sea.
During the summer season there are many boats arriving to Paros daily coming from Athens and other Cycladic islands such as Santorini, Milos and Mykonos. The port of Paros is found in Parikia which is a 15-minute drive away from Naousa, where our home is located.
From Paros airport, it is a 30-minute drive to reach Naousa.
The best way to explore the island is by car or motorbike, even though buses and taxis are also widely available in the island.
