Great location near Fillmore and Japantown. Check in and out was easy. It’s an old SF row house, with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The pictures are good, but don’t do justice to the size of the rooms. Laundry is a bonus, and there is a small yard in the back for pets. Parking is on the street, but generally available (although pay attention to the signs). All in all, a great place for a family, a group of friends, or traveling with a dog.

Great location! Beautiful home! The hosts were responsive and understood we were bringing my 91 year old FIL and explained the set up of the house to help us make sure it would work for us. It did! We walked him every morning the two blocks to Filmore Street to my favorite neighborhood coffee shop and he loved it! He was expecting to see all the negative things that are on the news about SF and was so happy he came and saw the beauty of the city!

Timothy’s place was very spacious and accommodating. Responses were fast and they were very proactive in giving local recommendations. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in San Francisco in the future!

This airbnb is gorgeous! It has high ceilings, beautiful bathrooms, a minimalist design while still having everything that you need, great linens, a high end kitchen with high end everything, and a fabulous sunny outdoor space. This all with an incredible distance to Filmore St.! We felt safe, comfortable, and fancy. Tim was very responsive and easy to work with. We truly hope to be able to stay here again!
