Perfect apartment, location and communication. Highly recommendable. Beautiful rooms and decor. Very clean and well-equipped. a nice spot in old town nice, with the promenade and beach a minute away. parking just below the apartment as well. Nico answered all questions straight away and was very helpful.

I cannot imagine a more ideal location in Nice! Right on the Main Street and close to the sea. The apartment is large and spacious, well furnished and includes everything you would need in the kitchen. The lift in the building is an added bonus as was the towel warmer in the bathroom. Washer in the kitchen also dries your clothes which was a bonus too. We had a small hiccup at checkin but it was solved quickly by the attentive host. Ideal location for quick access to large number of restaurants and the daily market right on the same street.

A wonderful choice for a place to stay in Nice! The apartment is in a very convenient location in Vieux Nice and close to anything you might need. It is only a block from the Promenade des Anglais, steps from Place Masséna, Cours Saleya. The apartment was large, very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the utensils you might need to cook, wash and iron clothes. Many little things were thought of by the host and I felt completely at home during my stay. Nico was a very responsive host and provided great suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. Would be happy to stay here again.

My friend and I loved staying at Nico’s place! It is clean and very spacious. We appreciated having a washer in the unit since we tried to pack light and reuse outfits for our trip through France. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do - very walkable. The street noise could be heard at night but it’s to be expected when you’re so close to the action and when the buildings are so old. We were still very happy with our stay!
