Le logement est conforme à la description, très spacieux et proche du centre historique de la ville de Florence. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je recommande.

We chose this for its location and we were not disappointed. We rented this to be isolated and private, away from city noise. This cottage was an easy walk to the bus stop with a choice of short bus routes into Florence. However, for us, this accommodation was far from modern and comfortable. There was signs of mould/damp on the exterior walls most notably behind the bed headboard. The mattress of the bed is very thin and unsupportive. The shower has a limited tank as the host mentions in the welcome tour of the house but the pressure when in use is intermittent. The outside covered space roof is beginning to rot and the skylights leak in the rain. Two of the exterior lights around the outside area were flickering every night. We had hoped to use the home for some time to relax away from the city on a hectic Easter weekend but the space did not really provide us enough comfort to do so. On reflection the flaws of the cottage described above were outweighed by the location.

Excellent well appointed cottage, exactly as the photos, spotlessly clean. Check in was easy, we were welcomed by the host and shown round. We were also given a very generous welcome basket. The cottage is located a short bus ride south of Florence, but is easily accessible by one of the many frequent buses that stop in the village a couple of minutes walk away. Access from the airport is very easy by tram and bus, we walked (50 minutes) from the tram to the cottage on our first day so we could take in the sights and feel of Florence. We stayed five nights and used the cottage as a base to explore Florence, Siena and Fiesole, all by public transport. The local Pizzeria is highly recommended and is located by the local bus stop. There is a very well stocked supermarket a short bus ride beyond the cottage. We visited there a couple of times (staying on the bus leaving Florence ) and then a three stop ride back to the cottage. A great place to stay when visiting this beautiful region.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eleonora et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Le logement est très confortable, dans un cadre verdoyant, et idéalement bien situé, au calme tout en étant proche du centre-ville à pieds. Francesca et Claudio nous ont très bien accueillis. Nous recommandons ce logement.
