We had a pleasant stay while visiting family in Lakeland. We did run in some hiccups before our travel dates as the property encountered some unforeseen bathroom issues that needed repair and would possibly impact our dates. Galo was transparent and honest about the situation from the get go and wanted to make sure we would be OK and not take any chances just for the sake of filling rental dates. After talking with Galo directly, he was very accommodating and had our best interest in mind. As Murphy's Law would have it, we did have an A/C issue for one night but Galo got it resolved ASAP first thing in the morning and everything worked out fine for the remainder of the trip. This is Galo's personal home so he takes pride in taking care of it and opening its doors for visitors. Once everything is back to 100% (ensuite bathroom and A/C upgrade), it's a great place to stay for a family.

The house reflected what was listed online. Convenient location for Lakeland and surrounding areas. Great price point for the accommodations and worked great for 5 adult guests. Will stay again for future trips to the Lakeland area.

Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house served everything we needed for a good value. The host was very quick to respond to our questions, and checking-in was extremely easy. We were satisfied with our stay.
