Luxury spacious house with a mountain view and pool. Perfect for family vacations! 30 minutes from Ramon Villeda Morales Airport 3 minutes from Sabori Restaurants 7 minutes from Altara Mall 8 minutes from MaderoHN restaurant and Ketchup Beer Garden In this beautiful residential area, 50% of the habitants are Americans, 20% are Europeans and 10% are Hondurans. In front of the house there’s a beautiful park as well, I you need to take a walk and spend some time with your family. The property does have: 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom and AC (all 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor) 1 extra bedroom near the laundry area with a fan and its own bathroom 1 living room with couches, tv, and AC on the main floor 1 living room with couches, tv, and AC on the 2nd floor. the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room area has its own dining table as well where you can fit 6 people. 1 back patio with a pool.

This is my second year staying at Eduardo's house. The house is as beautiful as it looks on the pictures and it's located in one of the most coveted areas in S.P.S, security is top notch and communication with the host is great, he's very responsive and accessible. From last year to this year they've improved significantly in the cleaning aspect. However, there's room for improvement in other areas. The house is missing basic kitchen supplies (Forks, spoons, knives, soap, cutting boards ) most of us are foreign visitors and we are not traveling with this stuff so be prepared to buy some in the local market. It will also be helpful if the rooms had at least one night stand, other than these things everything is amazing. I will definitely keep booking this house every time I visit HN.
