La casa es una verdadera maravilla, camas y almohadas cómodas, la cocina y el frigorífico súper nuevo y una terraza con flores espectaculares. Desde luego que volveremos, muchas Gracias!!.

We highly recommend The Back Yard! The house is well decorated and equipped, we had everything we needed for our young children (even toys). It is just near a supermarket and less than 5 min walk from the beach and the restaurants. Sandy was very flexible and nice, she offered a house cleaning service during our 1 week stay.

What a fantastic place this is! I stayed here with 3 other adults, and there was ample space for everyone, with a lovely outside area for alfresco dining. The place had everything we needed for our stay, and anything that was missing (a bread knife!) was brought by the hosts that evening. Both Sandy and Socrates were amazing hosts and were eager to make sure we had a perfect stay, and even helped us get a taxi to the airport on the way home! A lovely bonus was a mid-week clean which I wouldn’t usually expect from an Airbnb! The location itself is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and is 30 seconds from the Manos Supermarket which has everything you would need. If you are wanting to cook in for an evening, we can also recommend the butchers which is about 3 minutes walk away, which has reasonably priced fresh meat. You can also make use of the pool next door if you fancy a change from the beach. I couldn’t recommend enough this place if you are wanting a trip to Kardamena; all of the attention to detail in the apartment (decor, aircon units, storage, cleanliness, coffee machine - the list goes on) really adds to the overall stay. Thank you Sandy and Socrates - we will definitely be back!
