The home is located in an established, working class neighborhood. The neighborhood and house appear to be about 25-30 years old. The home was clean and exactly as advertised. It appears no real updates have been made to the house over time - but we found the home to be in good shape. We did not have a need to reach out to the host while we were there - but we did reach out before and after and she was extremely responsive in those inquiries. We would certainly stay here again.
