Pine · 整套小木屋 · 2室0床1.5卫 · 可住4人 · Remodeled AFrame Cabin | Hot Tub & Mountain Views
Imagine waking up with spectacular views of Black Mtn & Staunton State Park. Enjoy your early morning coffee with fresh air & mountain views or your nights in the hot tub with bright stars above and herds of elk and deer around. Or, step into the greenhouse to beat the chilly fall or spring. This authentic a-frame cabin located just 45 minutes from Denver brings you a charming and cozy mountain experience with breathtaking views. We acquired a fixer-upper Aframe during 2020 and had the great opportunity to live the mountain dream in this home as we renovated the entire house. We wanted to keep its original feel while making updates, as we still live in the house part-time. FIRST FLOOR: Walk in the front door and be met with high ceilings and a large stone fireplace with geodes implanted throughout. While the fireplace is not operational, the craftsmanship brings the nostalgic cabin vibes to get cozy and relax! Here you will see the Wi-Fi router(some of the fastest in the area) & a smart tv. The kitchen features a center bar island, a new gas stove with non-stick posts and pans, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Complementary specialty coffee, teas, oils, and spices are also stocked. The spiral stairs are unique and an eye-catcher! However, it is not suitable for children or anyone not fit and agile. Please, take this into consideration before booking. We offer baby gates and a pack ‘n play if an infant is staying. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with a stylish vanity and walk-in shower - with the best shower head! The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and beautiful views of the backyard and Black Mountain at Staunton State Park. An air conditioner can be connected to the window in the summer months. LOFT: Upstairs, you'll find a small full-sized futon bed and half bath. Also, a desk and chair for those who need to work. OUTSIDE: Enjoy the hot tub under twinkle lights, a greenhouse with a bistro table, and a disc golf basket. Open the gear shed for disc golf discs, fishing poles (bait can be purchased at the local country store), snowshoes, and Adirondack chairs. This house is in the mountains so may encounter quick-moving thunderstorms and snowstorms as well as a variety of animals and bugs. Take this into consideration when booking and drive an AWD or 4x4 vehicle from November to May. Also, never leave food outside as it may interest a wandering bear. We have put a lot of love into restoring this old A Frame, help us keep it that way. Please consider our well and septic system by not leaving the water running and not flushing anything inappropriate. Fireworks, smoking of any kind, or fires of any kind are strictly prohibited. We have outdoor security cameras and any fire violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction. NEIGHBORS: Please be friendly and courteous, and treat your neighbors as you would like to be treated. Respect your neighbors and their property. NOISE AND LIGHTING: Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor's right to the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of their home and property. Do not direct outdoor lighting toward neighbors' homes, and do not leave outdoor lights on when you check out. NEARBY: You’re at the center of it all! Within 20 minutes you can visit the world famous Bucksnort Saloon, gold medal fishing waters, the best disc golf courses in Colorado, Buffalo Creek mountain biking and the Colorado Trail, Staunton State Park, downtown Bailey, and downtown Evergreen (25 minutes).
We visited the A-frame on a quick trip for a concert at Red Rocks. It’s a super easy location from Denver/red rocks, as well as close to some lovely hikes and local joints. Would love to stay again!
We had a great stay at the Low-key A-Frame. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful scenery and only 30 minutes from Red Rock Amphitheater.
Super cozy and peaceful place with beautiful surroundings-you even get mountain views from the downstairs bed! I'm very...particular with cleanliness and this place surpassed my expectations and allowed us to feel comfortable in the space. The hot tub was clean but had an extreme amount of chemicals in it-to the point that it left residue on our sandals, bathing suits, etc. That was our only minor setback but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future!
The Lowkey A-frame was so amazing, the pictures absolutely don't do it justice! This was the fantastic way to end our week long trip in Colorado. We had plenty of space within the cabin to stretch out, re-pack our bags, and just decompress from all our adventures. There was even a deer in the back yard when we arrived!
