The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are large and everything was extremely clean. Probably one of the nicest condos I have stayed in at Orange Beach. The owners answered questions that we had promptly. My only complaint is that we were given two car parking allowance, which is fine because that is what we had. However, there is a parking shortage and if you can’t find a place to park you have to pay $25 at a motel a quarter of a mile down the road (this is what they tell you to do for the parking shortage). You then have to walk back in the heat and/or in the dark. I rented in July, so for the amount of money I spent, I feel as though the rental agency or the owners should have to reimburse you if you have to park outside of the property. If going somewhere late in the evening, I’d suggest getting an Uber or you will lose your parking spot. Extremely nice place, but due to the parking situation I will never stay there again.
