Excellent communication with the owner, timely and clear replies whenever needed. A smooth check-in and check-out process as well. The apartment itself is great, even though arriving there might put you a bit off at the beginning. The access road is not the best once you turned off the main road, but this is an area very much still in development. For instance, there was a new supermarket close by that was inaugurated only a coupe of days before our arrival. So I imagine the neighborhood will start to look better and better soon. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities one would need (including its own parking spot). We made use of the oven, the dishwasher and the washing machine during our stay, and everything was functioning nicely. If I would start nitpicking, it only misses a proper coat hanger / rack near the entrance as there was only one coat hook. Overall it was a great experience and we had an excellent stay!

Zona în care este situat apartamentul este o zonă rezidențială,liniștită și aproape de Vivo Mall. Apartamentul curat,aranjat,întreținut,iar pentru cei care tranzitează sau vizitează Baia Mare și județul Maramureș,este o locație perfectă. Gazda este foarte promptă,receptivă și comunicativă

Un apartament amenajat cu bun gust, intr-o zona foarte liniștita. Este perfect pentru o ședere de scurta durata in Baia Mare.
