Andrew was an excellent host. The location was charming and accessible to Brooklyn bridge park via a short walk. Easy access to NYC ferry and 10+ min to nearest subway lines. Apartment had all essentials and was comfortable. Highly recommend!

The was the best AirB&B experience ever! I would say the two largest contributing factors to that were the location and the host. The location is perfection . . . charming and safe. It is close enough to everything you need (restaurants, grocery stores, laundromat, wine stores, water front, subway etc) and still peaceful. The street feels like it's out of a storybook. I especially loved how close it is to the water and park and stunning NYC skyline. Andy was the perfect host. He was communicative, quick to respond, kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend this apartment! It is in a fabulous location –– I walked along the waterfront to Dumbo most days and took in the most spectacular view of Manhattan. –– which is also visible from the charming rooftop terrace. It's also close to shops and restaurants on Montague Street, a leafy street in Brooklyn Heights.mThe Airbnb itself is very inviting and functional. The host was welcoming and helpful. I'd stay there agin anytime. MMD

Excellent host and great unit. Fully equipped with some added unexpected touches. Andy made our extended visit during the Covid pandemic smooth and safe. The location is great and the neighborhood is full of great history - Andy is quite the expert on the area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.
