Great house can accommodate 2 families if needed. Couches were broken and no outside dinning. Other then that everything else was great, house was beautiful, beds were comfortable, master bathroom had the nice shower with tub, had all kitchen utensils needed to cook meals, Jace had great recommendations for hikes and places to eat. Only 25 minutes from Zion national park and 20 minutes from Kolab Canyons (part of Zion) which was more secluded vs Zion. The breakfast/ coffee / restaurant spot Jace recommended was great with service and the food was delicious. Would come back and stay here again if we plan to come back to Zion.

Beautiful place and well appointed. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Comfortable beds and linens. Lots of towels and plenty of room for our friends and us. Will say the upstairs black sectional was in rough shape, otherwise very nice furnishings. There were no toiletries besides hand and dish soap so be aware to bring your own. They also do not have an iron or ironing board. Not a big deal and it does not list that these items are in the home so just me not paying attention to the fine details. Jace was a very responsive host. Kind and gave great recommendations for hiking in places other than Zion. Also great restaurant recommendations. We ate at Black Sage restaurant one night at the Open Sky resort and it was amazing

Great location with easy access to Zion National Park and other hiking trails. The view is beautiful and Jace was intent on making our stay as comfortable as possible. The master bedroom is marvelous with a 3-nozzled open shower and a luxurious bathtub. Plenty of space to fit ~8 guests assuming some are willing to share beds. I would return here given the chance.

The two separate living spaces made it super comfortable for two couples. We had all the privacy we needed and could also hangout as much as we wanted(or not). We didn’t do much meal prep, but most everything was there if we chose to. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs living area has a nice gas fireplace that kept the place warm, but there was no comfortable seating to kick back and enjoy it. The sofa is shot! Downstairs was nicely appointed.
