Cool, cute beach cottage furnished beautifully a few minutes stroll from Geographe Bay, and a 5 minute drive from Dunsborough. The cottage has everything you need including an outdoor shower (with hot water!) all furniture very comfortable and stylish and a beautiful garden. My family and I stayed for 4 nights in April and we had an amazing time! James very responsive and accommodating.

This is a lovely house in a great area for beaches, wineries and other activities. The house is a 30 minute walk from the nearest town, Dunsborough, which is a lively, fun place; anywhere else you will need to drive. Two points to note. First, the location of the house suffers from traffic noise, especially from the main road which runs close to the back of the house, which I noticed especially at 5-7am. It's not by any means terrible but if you are a light sleeper, or an early waker, you may find that you notice it. Second, the house is, as described "steps from the beach", but it's quite a few steps - out of the driveway, across the road, along a bit, and down an access track. Less than five minutes for sure, but the house is not on the beach, and carrying the kayak to the beach takes some effort. And you couldn't send kids to the beach by themselves due to the road.

Very enjoyable stay! James was an outstanding host and made the experience very easy going! Only a 30 second walk to the beach, perfect family home, clean hygienic with comfortable beds! Thanks!

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a great stay at James´well appointed and super clean place in Dunsborough. The house was just as described with plenty of space and a great location just across the road from the beach and close to many beautiful sights in the South Western WA. We would love to come back again sometime!
