Enjoy the beautiful east valley in our casita! Featuring a semi-detached room with private entrance, and shared court yard. Rest on a queen bed, work remotely from a desk with access to high speed internet, utilize the coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge, and enjoy access to the community pool, fire pits, walking trails, and parks. Visit popular locations such as Schnepf Farms, Olive Mill, Equestrian Park, Bell Bank Sports Park, San Tan Flat, and San Tan Regional Park. This is a 1 bed, 1 bath space with dedicated workspace. The walkway leads up to the main home front door as well as a separate and private entrance to the guest space. The family usually uses the front door for daily in and out (except for the school year and bus drop off/pick up.) but friends from the neighborhood should be expected from time to time.

one of the beat airbnb I've ever stayed in. quiet, peaceful, clean neighborhood. it's a mother-in-law style suite attached to the main house, with a private entrance, and very quiet. it matched the photos and I was very pleased. basically just a room with bathroom and fridge/microwave, a better, quieter hotel. there was noise from kids/dogs very occasionally but it was infrequent and didn't bother me. will definitely rebook.

This was our first time trying out a this type of rental and while it was just a place to stay while we were visiting family it was nice to go to a peaceful place to relax and enjoy our time together I am not to sure if we even handled the living arrangements right but we tried to pick up the clutter we acquired while we were staying there and would recommend it for anyone because it was a whole lot better than renting a hotel 😊

Bed was comfortable. Nice little coffee/tea bar in the unit. Private entrance was convenient. The place was easy to find and close to convenience stores. Very small place, which was ok, because we were only there to sleep. Nice and clean.

Our home is in a new, family friendly community. It features community amenities such as a pool, fire pits, a stocked catch and release fishing lake, and many walking paths. The town is rapidly growing, but we can be found between cotton fields and the fun and beautiful Schnepf Farm.
Parking on the street is free in our neighborhood. Please be respectful and keep driveways clear. There is a curb across the street from our home that is often clear and doesn’t block driveways.
