Situated in a small Fenland village that is home to a thriving riverside pub that has recently undergone a full refurbishment, a friendly local shop and a 13th century church.
On our doorstep - the serene beauty of the Fens, with endless opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing and exploring the local wildlife. Take a stroll along the local river banks or visit the National Trust’s Wicken Fen nature reserve or the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust site at nearby Welney.
With its idyllic setting, our cottage is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, including the historic market towns of March and Wisbech and the stunning cathedral city of Ely which is just a short drive away and offers a range of shops, pubs, and restaurants.
Whilst the home of horse racing at Newmarket, the picturesque Abbey gardens of Bury St. Edmonds, the university city of Cambridge and the beautiful beaches of the North Norfolk coast offer perfect places for a day trip.

Parking is free and private. There is also a bus service into the local town of Ely.
