To close my bedroom door I had to use a lock that was held on by very loose screw - from the outside of the room it was secured with a piece of string. Shared bathroom - no lock!! clothes left in pile at centre of floor on one occasion. No facilities provided for hot drinks. Felt very uncomfortable.

I immensely enjoyed my stay at this beautiful house full of character. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Steve greeted me warmly and showed me around, making sure I had everything I needed. I stayed for several days in this hidden gem, nestled in an enchanting village. The vibe of the house and its people is relaxed. This is not a modern, sleek setting, but rather a warm, welcoming, and bohemian retreat that feels like a home away from home. The hosts live by admirable values, embodying empathy, interest, and genuine humanity. It’s easy to find solitude in your own room, but interactions with the hosts feel very organic and enriching. The people in the village were also very nice and added to the overall charm of my stay. Anyone interested in a slower, more mindful way of living will find this place truly special. Highly recommended!

2 nuits dépaysantes au cœur d’un petit village et d’une maison rustique, loin du formalisme de l’habitat moderne… On s’y sent comme chez soi ! Steven est une personne très sympathique et accueillante avec qui l’on a eu plaisir à échanger. Adorable chat aussi :)

Great little place in an old stone Welsh house. Many places to visit around, great Indian restaurant just across the small river. A small but awesome pub the other way just a few stops. Basic grocery store just across the street!!! Steven is an awesome person and has two lovely cats you MUST pet. Oh and there's an awesome waterfall nearby.
