I stayed for 1 night here. The hotel personnel act fast and respond fast to inquiries. When the television doesn't have internet connection, it was responded immediately. The place surroundings was not good and i felt an unsafe aura so I don't recommend walking here alone at night. Instead, booking a cab is very convenient because the place is easy to locate. The room was good I was able to continue my work and meetings. Overall, it was a great experience considering the price.

Please carefully have your listings in check. They asked me to transfer to a bunk bed, as there were no available rooms. Luckily a guest checked out earlier. Dont stress your guests with this.

The place was great! The attending staff was so polite, and her instructions were clear and helpful. Amenities are complete. The bathroom has heating systems so you won't worry about cold showers. My concern is that the air-conditioner emits an unusual smell all throughout the room, or maybe it's just from the outside household demolition. Also, we used Grab car everytime we went out cause we felt unsafe on the streets but the Mall nearby is actually just a walking distance were not just that familiar with the place so we used Grab instead, but all in all our stay with this hotel was great and comfy. Thank you and hope to staying with you again soon.
