Apartment with private pool and large terrace. Very spacious apartment; 2 bedrooms with king size bed and one with double bed, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. It has a total of three spacious wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large terrace and a private pool, one with access to the kitchen and living room, with table and chairs, and the other with access to the two bedrooms. It has Wireless Internet and TV. Excellent view of the sea, pool and garden. With 2 balconies and windows, you can expect lots of sunlight every day and a view over the ocean. Condominium tennis court. The apartment has: - 1 bedroom with 1 King size bed - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - Living room - Fully equipped kitchen - WC with bathtub (without whirlpool) The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It has TV and internet channels. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, stove, oven, water heater, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, and other amenities. The living room has a sofa, side table and TV. It opens onto an open balcony with a dining table and a private pool. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a common balcony to a little garden. All windows/doors (of both bedrooms and the living room) have curtains. Bed linen and bath towels will be provided depending on the number of guests and nights booked (in case of stays of more than one week, spare sets of bed linen and bath towels will be provided to replace and wash. There is an information book where the “House Rules” are indicated and where various information about the same is given, including useful telephone numbers and instructions for using household appliances. Apartment inserted in a family area, very quiet, with very large areas. Free access to swimming pool. Possible parking inside the condominium.

Vi var superfornøyde med oppholdet i Ericeira. Leiligheten er fin og romslig, med masse uteområde. Kontakten med verten var veldig bra, og vi fikk raskt svar på det vi lurte på. Også veldig hyggelig med restaurantanbefalinger fra verten. Eneste ulempe var noe manglende kjøkkenutstyr, hvor også noe av det var ganske skittent. Utenom det var vi storfornøyde!
The apartment was the perfect retreat after our daily adventures. The pool was very popular with the children, and ourselves, especially in the afternoon heat. We found it very easy to walk into town, the beaches, and the little local supermarket. We would definitely stay here again when travelling to Ericeira. We’ll miss the beautiful sunsets for sure.
The apartment is a little bit old school and tired , the area a bit quiet but it was an easy walk to beautiful Ericeira and the coast, parking was very convenient and the views of the ocean great. Vanessa and Dino were really marvelous to deal with and responded promptly every time. Simply the best hosts to deal with.
Die Wohnung war schön und sehr ruhig, was uns sehr wichtig war. Die Küche war voll und gut ausgestattet. Für das Auto gab es eine Tiefgarage, was gerade bei warmen Wetter sehr gut ist. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es dafür leider zu kalt war. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Terrasse etwas freundlicher möbliert gewesen wäre. Aber alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr nett und sehr unkompliziert.
Good points- Own pool Amazing views 😍 A short walk into the town Nice and clean Large apartment Well equipped kitchen (a little to equip, no space to store food all cupboards are full) Bad Points - It is an apartment building, so there is noise from other people who live there, and next door had builders in, banging around the second day we arrived all day and then again on our last day which was a shame. Large freezer in kitchen is loud and makes a constant noise. Bathroom is very dark, even with lights on. All the bathroom towel rails are broken. The tv is older and could benefit from being updated, then guests could access their own Netflix (especially if you have children in tow like I did) Joaquim did come and help us to get English on the tv tho which we really appreciated 😊💜 Despite any of these points we still had an amazing time staying here 😊 and would go back again. Just wanted to point a few things out, that would help others to have a better time too 💜
