The stay was great! We felt very safe. There is a 24 hour door man and additional layers of protection to the condo. Beyond being spacious and clean, it was a lovely stay! This was our fault, but we did not realize we had the floor fan on heat mode. We were a little warm, but that is totally our fault. I just hope no other guests make that careless mistake! 10/10 stay! We wish we could have stayed longer

This is our 2nd time staying in this exact unit and 4th time staying at a Kukun property. Need I say more :). It’s always a good experience. Unit 903 has parking but it is not that easy to use. Better to park once and walk / uber until you are ready to checkout. It is a secure parking spot in the lower garage that you need to use the car elevator to get the car down to. The location is perfect and we will be saying there again. Thanks!!

Kukun’s place in Polanco was a great place to stay in Mexico City. Loved the location which was close to restaurants, parks, and public transportation. I felt safe walking Polanco and Chapultepec Park. The space was clean with a nice view of the city. Kukun staff was friendly and quickly responded to any questions.
