We booked at very short notice, due to a family emergency, but Yoko Property were able to accommodate us - the apartment was ready for our arrival and communication was prompt and clear. It was a bonus to have such secure car parking and, as we were travelling with my partner's 94-year-old mother, we were delighted to find that the lift was in full working order and that the apartment was all located on one level, so she didn't have any stairs to climb. Both bedrooms are huge and it was really handy to have an en-suite with each. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room is fantastic, with a great sense of space as it overlooks Campbell Park and lets in a lot of light, and gives access to an outside space too. The development was very quiet and the area felt very safe and welcoming, and is only a short walk away from the Theatre district with its shops and restaurants. All in all it's decent accommodation at a fair price.
The place was exactly as described and had beautiful views of Campbell Park at the back. Easy access to the city centre. Checkin and checkout instructions were clear. The team was very helpful in responding to any queries or help within the house. We found the checkout to be a bit earlier than usual at 10am. Over all recommended for a nice and comfortable stay.
