Patricia has a very special place, the minute you go through the door in the corner of the small courtyard you glimpse a magical walled garden! The garden studio is through a door on the right, where you enter the kitchen, diner, bedroom. Although it’s a compact space with a lovely en-suite it’s very comfortable and a home from home. Patricia is an incredible host and she is extremely responsive to her guests needs. The studio has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. The welcome pack was so comprehensive, including a choice of breakfast cereals, a loaf of bread, butter and spread in the fridge with a choice of milk and yoghurt. Sitting out in the garden at the end of the day with a coffee with the sun going down was the highlight of my stay! I would definitely recommend this venue. Thank you Patricia.

We really enjoyed our stay. Patricia was really clear on instructions of how to find and get into the property, and responsive to any questions we had. The property is perfect for a weekend away, with everything you need to be comfortable. The extra little touches included such as fresh bread, cereals, milk and Prosecco were thoughtful and added to the homely feel of our stay. It is a stones throw from the local pubs and shops which are also lovely. We went into Totnes which is only 20 minutes or so on the bus and there is a lot to do nearby. We would definitely return.

Patricia's garden studio is a real credit to her. It has obviously been a labour of love to get a perfect space for guests to stay in. There is even a beautiful garden with a seating area to enjoy all to yourselves. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Patricia had thought of everything we could have needed from a hair dryer to butter and lovely freshly baked bread . The garden studio is in a perfect position to enjoy all the amenities of Buckfastleigh, whilst being so peaceful and private. We really couldn't have asked for more and hope to be staying again very soon when we next go to visit family in the area.

The garden studio was perfect for our stay in Buckfastleigh. In a courtyard off a pretty little street and all facilities close by. Immaculately presented with lovely touches and attention to detail, everything we needed. The garden is a beautiful Oasis although, unfortunately, we didn’t have the time or the weather to enjoy it.
