The neighborhood is called Titan and its recognized as being one of the greenest in the city. It is just a few meters away from both National Park and Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park where you can find walking & cycling trails around the lakeshore and if you are lucky enough you can experience seasonal festivals and food fairs.

At just 600 meters away from one of the biggest parks in the city (Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park) and only 2-minute walk away from the Național Arena Stadium, perfect spots for strolls, biking and for the football fans. The Old Town is only 4.5 km away which can be traveled either on foot or by taking the tram which is just 200 meters away. All the city can be reached by subway from one of the nearest stations: Titan (1.3 km) or Piața Muncii (1.4 km). Parking can be done in one of the public parking lots located all around the building.
