We had a great stay! We were 5 people and stayed 4 nights in Madeleines apartment. Communication with Madeleine was good and the whole flat is very comfortable. It is very well stocked with everything you need and very beautifully furnished, cozy and and wonderful place to get back to after a long day out sightseeing. Richmond is a very nice neighbourhood with a beautiful riverside and a good atmosphere. The local pub is absolutely recommendable. The Centre of London is easy to reach. We simply loved it.

I can't speak highly enough of our stay at Madeleine's place. The communication was excellent from the start, and our hosts went out of their way to ensure the house was welcoming on our arrival including a lit up Christmas tree and plenty of firewood for the wood burner. The house was already warm and cosy, but the wood burner added a nice cosy touch. The house itself was well suited to our family stay, and there could not be a better location to Richmond town and the train station. Although trains pass near the back of the property we could barely hear them at all. So all in all this is a great place to stay in the Richmond area and the excellent hosts will look after you well.

Madeleine and Konstantin's place is gem - absolutely beautiful! They've decorated their home with so much love and artistic creativity - we appreciated all the details. The flat is very well equipped with everything you might need (especially in the kitchen) and was very comfortable for our party of 5 people. Both are gracious and helpful hosts. Centre of Richmond is easily accessible by bus or on foot (just a 10min walk). The train/tube station for getting into central London also only a 10min walk away. We had glorious summer weather throughout our stay and the beautiful garden was simply amazing for taking our meals in and enjoying the weather. We felt so sad to leave at the end of our stay. Thank you so much for everything!

Madeleine’s home provided us with a wonderful stay in London. Plenty of room with all mod cons, great location and a lovely outdoor area. I would recommend staying here!

We stayed at Madeleine’s with our two young kids for a couple of weeks. Absolutely loved our stay! The place is as gorgeous if not more than it looks in the photos. The area is walking distance to all our favourite places in Richmond and Kew; Richmond park/hill, Kew Gardens, the river, all our favourite pubs and places to eat. We only left the area to go into Central London once as we had everything we needed at our doorstep. Couldn’t recommend this stay more highly. It’s such a privilege when people open up their real homes with precious belongings for us to experience. Thanks for having us!
