Merveilleux séjour à Marrakech au Riad de l’espoir Nous étions une famille de 9 avec 3 générations. Que du bonheur! Une mention spéciale à Rachid et Mohamed qui ont été extraordinaires tout au long du séjour.

Riad magnifique ! Plus beau que les photos. Mohamed est un hôte adorable et efficace. Kadidja et Fatima nous ont concocté des repas excellents en toute discrétion. Rachid, le majordome est d’une gentillesse et aux petits soins. C’était parfait et à la hauteur d’un hotel 4*. Nous recommandons ! Merci pour ce service et cet accueil qui ont rendu notre séjour parfait et reposant.

The team couldn’t do more to make us feel comfortable- with extra special touches like a birthday cake and a moroccan outdoor BBQ when we mentioned we wanted to cook some meat. All our transport needs and bookings were taken care of and laundry done when asked. Special people and special place

The best I can do is liken Riad Espoir to the 4 Seasons or the Ritz. The beauty of the space, the luxury of the rooms, the level of service- ALL outstanding. I was traveling with a group of 5 women- we arrived from the Sahara much later than expected & Rashid, our host, went ABOVE & BEYOND to get us from our car, through a busy night market into the serenity of the Riad. A beautiful table was set & an even more beautiful dinner was graciously laid out for us- possibly the best tagine we had on our entire trip. We fell into our beds & woke the next morning to an equally lovely breakfast up on the terrace. Our laundry was whisked away, washed & folded, & the in-house hammam was readied for us. We were treated like royalty. The Riad is very close to the market part of the Medina in a residential- not touristy area. We appreciated getting a local's view of the city. Thank you to the entire team for an unbelievable experience that far exceeded expectations. Do not hesitate! Book this Riad!

Riad Espior was amazing ! A very spacious and beautifully appointed two level home surrounding a courtyard with small pool - one bedroom on the main level and four on the second - plus a huge roof deck with multiple spots for dining and lounging and including a bathroom. We were a family of 5 and had our choice of room as they can accommodate a total of 13. The incredible staff really made our five-day visit special. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, including dinners served on the rooftop terrace, and Hamzah, Mohammed and Rasheed were available 24/7 for questions and recommendations. We arranged a transfer from the train station (highly recommended as the Riad is on a small pedestrian street in the Medina) and they were there to meet us with a sign as we got off the train. Only item to note - the pool is not able to be heated in the Winter - which we would have enjoyed on a few unreasonable 75 degree days in January . . . We would definitely stay here again !
