Highly regarded restaurant The Salty Pidgin is less than 1 minute walk away for craft beer and stunning food. Plenty of other takeaways just 1 minute away in Brooklyn village. Penthouse Cinema (our local artsy theatre) just 2 mins walk from your door. Plenty of other takeaways, three cafes, a bakery, a library, petrol station and a small supermarket just 5 mins walk from our house. A short stroll through Brooklyn's very own inner city native bush reserve lands you right at the top of Wellington's trendiest part of town - Cuba St - where you are spoilt for choice with food, beer, live music, art and cultural indulgences of every shape and sort.

I may be able to pick up/drop off from station/city/ferry terminal/airport, please just ask. $10 taxi to central city. 2 mins walk from frequently serviced bus stop (7 & 8)which takes you to and from the city. 15 mins walk through bush to Cuba St district. 5 minutes drive to the wildly stunning South Coast beaches. Parking is on the street outside our house. Please let me know if you have trouble finding a park within 100m as there are a few tricks we can do to squeeze you in ;)
