the host’s management company “Evolve” HORRIBLE SERVICE. LIARS. SCAMMERS. I had read the rules before I booked so there were only 10 people on this booking. First five people came greeted by the host. Host asked how many is there of you. I said 10 in total. He was very nice and welcoming. The second half which is again another 5 people came later at night. The host went up to them. I was told He was a little hostile. 3 of the first 5 people went up to meet with the remaining 5 people to help with luggage and groceries. All was well, I went to bed early cause I was not feeling well. receive a call late at night @ 10:30 stating that I broke the rules of the occupancy and that I was goin to be evicted. There’s video footage. The host said I need to explain myself. WHAT? I’m half asleep not feeling well and in being told these lies. I told them to check the footage. Not until 2AM did they message back saying sorry for the misunderstanding you can stay. I gave a 3 due to host. 1 for Evolve

Place was very cool, nice view, clean. However before leaving for a hike there was a miscommunication that took 2 hours to resolve but the owner of the house made up for it. 🕴️

Great place, close to Yosemite. Nice house - two solid bedrooms and one makeshift room with a good pool table and patio. Easy to reach the hosts if there are any issues and hassle free check in/check out.

The owner welcomed us with hostile attitude. We arrived at 9:30pm, he came and asked how many guests we had. We told him that we had 8 at that moment but 3 others were coming. We reserved for 10 people, but at last minute we had a young kid to join us. After several conversations, the owner and the management company approved for our stay via voice mail. The following morning they called me at 9:03 AM, send a message at 9:04 saying that we had to leave the house immediately due to lack of response. 9:14AM the man came and asked us to leave otherwise he would call police. During out stay we did not have wifi and water-flow of both bathrooms were very weak. Whenever I messaged them, they never responded to me. They had us to leave after 1 night, even though we paid for 2 nights. They didn’t refund for the second night. It is the worst host and experience I ever had on AirBnB and a nightmare for our kids as they were kicked out of the cabin in a rainy early morning.

Great place to stay. Worked out for 2 families with kids. Very thoughtful host with a well stocked home, all essentials included for the kitchen, bathroom etc.
