A lot of times when leaving an Airbnb I’ll say, “It was so good that we would do it again!” But this trip was our first time that we actually returned. I’m not just saying we’d do it again. We literally did do it again. It’s that good. For anything under $1,000/night this may be the best spot in Arkansas. The photos don’t oversell it. You really do have this view of the lake, you really are that close, and it really is this magical. Big glass windows. Wooden stairs down to the river that let you bring the cabin’s kayaks down to Beaver River. A nice rock beach for family canoeing and kayaking. A fire pit for cooking hotdogs and s'mores. And the property is even better than it was a year ago — some nice improvements like the driveway being blacktop now instead of gravel. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in the Rogers area.

Incredible place by beautiful Beaver Lake. Very peaceful and quiet location and house is very well ammenitized for cooking or having an outdoor grilling session.

Wonderful accommodations. They thought of everything. Would’ve liked a more comfortable couch. Like a sectional. The view is spectacular! Didn’t have anywhere to empty our trash. Small things though. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. 8 out of 10.
