I’ve stayed in a couple of Ryan and Mariah’s properties and all I can say is they are great host. I’ve never had any issues they make sure everything is working and always ready to help with anything I need.

to be honest been staying in airbnb for a while . while I stayed here the AIRBNB didn't match the picture at all. the room was missing a refrigerator but that wasn't a problem; that was cool. But myself and significant had issues literally the bed broke, not from grown activity but from been cheap or older literally ! then it had to be on his side of the bed he sat down and the whole mattress went in the frame of the bed mind you he only 150 maybe less rhats not the point . wasn't enough dishes to cook , not enough dish soap to clean . we needed tisses ok it was refilled but a big ASS ROACH DROPPED OUT THE TISSUE ROLE the room had ants and water bugs in the kitchen and the bathroom. HAD TO USE A CARD TO GET IN because mistakenly was locked out was told use other door they was unlocked. THE FEELING WAS UNSAFE AS IT COULD GET. Nothing against host stayed at other location but this was not the best of a location. the responsiveness was at a all time low. definitely recommend READ DETAILS

Simple: it is definitely just a room, this house does not feel like a home , low quality towels and wash cloths, and low quality mattress, might sleep ok for a kid but not an adult very uncomfortable, sleepless nights. The only cookware that was available was a toaster and a small frying pan that was again low quality and hard to cook in because everything would stick. The oven still had cleaner on the inside so it wasn’t usable, There were two bowls a small pack of utensils that were almost gone. This was not a recommendable stay from my perspective, I did not notify host of issue because it was not a quick fix. The pictures show a mini fridge in room but it was not, i did notify host of that and they stated they would update pictures, that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. This just wasnt the place for me. I’ve stayed in several air bnbs, some more costly than others but hadn’t had a place i would say I wouldn’t rebook at until now.
