We've stayed for 11 days, and it is by far the best experience we've had. The appartment is very spacious clean and has everything you need. The location is IDEAL! 2 minutes walk from the old city square, and yet in a quiet street. There is a (small) elevator and a 24/7 porter. But what left us shocked, really speechless, was the service from Klara and her team. It was fabulous. We arrived early so couldn't check in, so we left our luggage (and we had a lot) in the office and THEY put it in the appartment while we were out in town. We asked for our linen to be replaced, and it was done the next day, at no cost. These are just examples. So on top of the luxury apartment, we received a first class serivce. Klara, thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable

This place was a gem! Every aspect about this place was up to par and what we expected. It was a super easy stay in a great part of town. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful Unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and nice living room. Building has elevator and security guard (seems like 24x7) Apartments itself was excellent, nice large windows, good size bedrooms, very comfortable for 4 of us (would work for 6 well too). Location is great in the middle of old town, about 3 min walk to old town square, 15 min walk to Wenceslas Square, 10 min walk to Karluv Bridge etc. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, supermarket across the street. All fantastic, could not think of a better location. It seems that Klara is trying to run airbnb business with multiple airbnb - she has an office and a crew. Unfortunately, the crew is not up to par. Proper coordination and communication is not there.
