We loved our stay at the Holiday house! Olga always answered right away, and everything was as listed. Olga listened to previous reviews, and got solar heaters for the pool (the 3 octagon floaties are indeed solar heaters). The house is quirky and we felt right at home. Could use some updates…..but then it would lose its charm. The master shower was beyond amazing. So. Much. Water. Pressure! Previous reviews said that the back road was loud. This was true, but it’s Florida….everywhere this close to everything is going to be loud. The road was quiet at night, and we were out enjoying the sunshine during the day, so it didn’t matter to us. The beds were adequate. I prefer a soft bed, but no complaints from the medium loving people in my family. You might want to bring your own pillows…..those weren’t great. Also, the pullout was full of springs and not worth sleeping on, but my son was happy with the comfy couch. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great house and great location. Very close to county parks, fishing places and beutiful nature walks. Olga and Tatiana respond to messages quickly and are very helpful. Thank you! We had a great time.

We stayed 3 weeks. Olga is a nice person and helped with any questions. There have been some updates done to this 1970’s home such as the bathrooms, memory foam beds, and small unheated pool. But the house seems to have original windows and doors that didn’t keep out any noise; and the noise is plentiful. The road adjacent to the back yard has cars and dirt bikes high-speed racing even though the speed limit is 30. (I found a letter to the editor online from 2005 that described the problem. Apparently it is now just accepted.) We also weren’t told this house was for sale. We were asked if it could be shown while we were there. We declined. Maybe because it is for sale, they don’t invest in things for renters. There were no dressers to put your clothes in. No hamper. Few linens for kitchen and bath. The kitchen sink leaked underneath and smelled. The laundry was in the musty garage that seemed to be their catch-all. I’m really sorry I can’t give a better review.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Olga was very responsive anytime I messaged her. We loved the area. Very close to several parks.

In general liked the place but a few things bothered us, the screens on the pool deck were broken so bugs could get inside and expected to have a washer and dyer there. Also no garbage bin.
