Home was reasonably clean. Obieze is a friendly owner and quite responsive. Place is near to most of the attractions. we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, our stay at this Airbnb was decent, but there were a few discrepancies between the listing photos and the actual space. The building had an unpleasant smell, and the living room and kitchen had more stains on the carpet floors and couch than what was portrayed in the photos. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, which was a plus. The location was a bit challenging to find, but once we got there, it was nice, and Obieze, the host, was helpful throughout our stay.

unfortunately, we didn't feel comfortable using the balcony due to damage, we weren't aware of until after booked. very hard to find car park, but host was contactable and helped us locate it. otherwise, was accurateto description

Lots of cracked tiles at the balcony areas, it is a potential trip hazard and vermin issue. The fly screens are not cleaned for a long time, lots of spider net and quite dusty. The window at kitchen area was smashed by previous tenant which is quite disappointed to see. More importantly, the kettle was filled with rubbish, the negligence by the owner shown lack of duty of care to his place and could cause severe health issues. I hope the owner can rectify all these issues before renting the apartment. Not going to stay here again for sure.
