Very clean!! One quirk, it’s a weird design with the bathroom between the living area and the bedroom so you have to walk through to get to either spot. Aside from this, extremely clean place, some nice touches like coffee and free wine and obviously the location is prime. Not sure why people complain about the key pickup, the instructions are pretty clear and not that inconvenient if at all. Overall would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience staying here with my girlfriend for a few days. Plenty of space, very comfortable bed, great pool and hot tub, and free coffee and snacks in the lobby!

Place is as pictured. Check-in is not your typical Airbnb as you need to get keys at their offices first and sign some paper work. You do get a bottle of wine for that though. Overall, we liked the place but as per other reviewers, we could hear folks upstairs. Fortunately, they went to bed early and woke up early like us. So, yes, walls are thin. There was construction in the building (they are replacing the siding) but that didn’t bother us as at the time we were in the unit, construction was going on on the other building. Wifi is a on and off. That is, we need to reconnect every time we moved around. We used the pool once but figured that there were too many kids on all pools and didn’t try that again. Weekends is really busy. We enjoyed the beach and pier. They made it worth staying here. It was easy to find a chair on the beach and read away. That was very relaxing as well as the sunsets.
