My husband and I stayed 10 nights in this spotlessly clean, good smelling, and nicely organized suite. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and we enjoyed relaxing every evening after a day of sightseeing. It is a short walk to the bus stop and a straight shot to the Capitol. Kudos to how responsive Edward and his co-host Ron are. Every time we had a question or an issue, no matter how major or minor, we received an almost immediate response. We had some glitches the night we arrived — the toilet wasn’t flushing properly and there were a few toiletry amenities we hadn’t brought since other places we’ve stayed have stocked those. Edward immediately offered to put us up in a hotel and asked if we wanted supplies delivered that night. That wasn’t necessary. Supplies were waiting for us on the doorstep when we woke up and the plumbing was fixed that morning. If you want a clean, organized place with quick communication from your host, this is the place to be!

Super séjour! Bel emplacement près des bus et du metro. Très propre et parfait pour 3 adultes. Nous y avons dormi 4 nuits et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. L’hôte était super réactif et disponible. Je recommande!

This is a great place to stay and Edward is a credit to the Airbnb community. Spotless upon check-in and nicely laid out. When I asked about a colander and was told they didn't have one, I thought that would be the end of it. Then a short time later, I was told one was arriving the next day. I was also allowed to add a channel to the Roku setup. Wifi is good, with no lag on streaming. Pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay has been thoughtfully provided. I appreciated full sized refrigerator, and washer and dryer. The separate area to work is nice. Located in a quiet residential area and an easy walk to the Howard Univ Metro -- though not right around the corner. This wasn't an issue for me. You'll hear the people moving in the Airbnb above you, but it'd not too different than staying in an apartment where you hear your upstairs neighbors above you moving around.

Very nice place. Host is very friendly and responsive answering within minutes. Very flexible and helpful. The house was clean and nice, just like in the pictures. It’s a great place to stay at. However, it is a walk to the nearest metro but the bus stop is right at the corner of the street.
