Good location, responsive host. Would stay there again
Most amazing comforter i’ve ever slept in. The system for getting in and out was very easy to use. I needed to check in early and I was well accommodated! The location is perfect for experiencing downtown nashville if you enjoy 10-15 minute walks. The building itself is pretty old but once you get in the room it’s a big vibe. I heard the person above me quite often but if that doesn’t bother you it’s not terrible. Overall great stay, location and hosts. Thank you friends!

We appreciated the condition and location of the residence. It's a very spacious-feeling studio with a large kitchen and bathroom, and the three-block walk to Broadway was the perfect distance to maintain *some quiet and privacy while still being in the thick of the action. Also, we loved the gym. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to check out the pool, but the gym was modern and a pleasure to use. However, there were no cleaning products in the gym for residents to use. I had a little difficulty using the Latch app upon arrival (the front door couldn't be accessed, so we had to loop through the garage), and it didn't always work on the first try, but otherwise, I enjoyed not having to carry a key. I would stay here again if the occasion arose. *As others have commented, the residence isn't soundproof. It can be pretty noisy, but the price:amenities and location ratio was fair, in my opinion. Bring earplugs and turn on a white noise app for a more restful stay.
