Five Stars We only stayed for one night. Very comfortable. Two bathrooms are always nice private yard for the dogs. we enjoyed it.

This rental served what it needed for our stay simply because we were gone for most of the day. I did read all the reviews before booking and accepted the fact that it might be noisy due to the location and being on the corner but it was extremely hard to sleep. Again though...I read that before booking and obviously accepted that so the host was being honest. We did have a few safety concerns with the handrails throughout the home. The one leading to the basement was literally hanging out of the walls with the screws exposed. We had to try and line up the screws and push it back into the holes in the wall. If we had truly needed to use it we would not have any support. The ones going up to the upper bedrooms were also rather loose but still in the wall. The host was also honest about the backyard but it was really an eyesore with dead trees/grass, broken down chicken coop, etc. The house was really clean though and had all the amenities listed so it was what it described.

Great place for a night's stay. Emily had great communication, and the garage and snacks were a bonus!

The townhouse is simple, yet elegant and was perfect for my son and I this last week, when we went to visit my oldest boy and a childhood friend and her family. It was spotless when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was ten times better than staying at a local four star hotel. In addition, Emily is an excellent host. The smoke alarm was chirping our final night, when we came home from dinner, and she came over within minutes to change the battery. We will definitely book again in the future.
