Nick was very responsive. Had an issue with the door and he was there within a few minutes to correct. The place was spotless and quiet. Well worth the price. I highly recommend.

It was a magical weekend. We are traveling regularly and very familiar with DR and Cabarette especially. This time the house was the perfect setting for a family vacation. The house is spotless in a beautiful private community within walking g distance to the beach and the resturant. Nick, probably is the best host we had. He communicated with us before arrival to make sure we are set and arranged everything we needed to our satisfaction. 12 Points!!! Thank you and well done!

this is a lovely house but what made the stay even better is that Nick is a great host. Postitive attitude and responsive to our needs and questions. Ive stayed at Seahorse Ranch multiple times and some hosts are just a pain to deal with, enforcing ridiculous rules. But not Nick, genuinely a cool host.
