This one bedroom, one full bathroom apartment has its own private fenced in outside deck with seating for you to enjoy a cup or coffee or glass of wine. When you enter the home, you see an open concept living/kitchen area, the couch has a pull-out full size bed so the apartment can sleep four. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven/range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom is a queen size bed. There are two AC units, one in the main living space and the other in the bedroom to keep you cool and comfortable during the summer months. All linens and towels are provided, there is no washing machine or dryer. **NOTE** This one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment is attached to our main house and both units are listed on Airbnb and both properties can be rented at the same time. There is a large and heavy door that is securely locked on both sides so when being dually rented neither guest can unlock from their side to access the other unit. Both have separate front doors with their own smart lock on opposite sides of the home and have been designed to both be private and secluded.
