You’ll have easy access to Dripping Springs, The Hill Country, Bee Cave and Lakeway. There are a plethora of local coffee shops, food trucks, wineries and breweries close by as well. We hope you'll enjoy your time here and stay awhile. This cozy, family friendly home is in a great location just 15 min to downtown and most of Austin. Just so you are aware this is a duplex and someone lives in the attached unit. The space has been fully renovated and has truly been a labor of love. We have put a lot of thought and effort into creating a space that we hope will meet or exceed your expectations. My name is Jeannine. My husband Randy and I are local to Austin and live close by should you need us during your stay. We will give you space during your stay but are available if needed. The neighborhood is full of wonderful families who will make you feel right at home. You'll walk in the front door into the family room where you can relax after a day of exploring all Austin has to offer. Enjoy catching up on your favorite Netflix series or the latest movie releases on the 65" Roku Smart TV at the end of the day. You will need to log into your own streaming services. There are some basic channels that are free on the TV as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal if that's your thing. The kitchen has been updated with brand new appliances, white shaker style cabinets and quartz countertops. The luxury vinyl plank flooring is soft on the feet and the tile floors give a nice splash of color to the bathrooms and laundry room. The spacious King Master Suite boasts a private modern En- Suite bathroom with a bathtub / shower combination and a large walk in closet in the bedroom. The master bedroom is simply styled with a West Elm leather bed and two nightstands, USB charging lamps, a white noise machine for your comfort and a 50" Roku Smart TV so no one has to wait to watch their shows. The memory foam mattress is very comfortable with just the right amount of support to ensure a great night's sleep. The secondary bedroom is on the other side of the family room. This bedroom has a memory foam mattress as well and is just as comfortable as the Master Bedroom. There is also USB charging lamps, a white noise machine and a 50" Roku Smart TV in the room. Extra pillows and blankets are also provided in each bedroom closet. A modernized bathroom equipped with a bathtub / shower combination is located just outside of this bedroom. The laundry room is just past the kitchen featuring a front loading LG washer and dryer. The cozy outdoor patio is a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down at the end of the day.
