3008 Cameron Blvd. Your luxury vacation awaits at this remarkable Isle of Palms beach estate. Composed of seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, endless outdoor space, and a stunning backyard oasis with pool. With elegantly-designed interiors and unending amenities, this sort of extravagance is a rarity here on the island so close to the sea - just three homes back from the beach access. Starting on the lowest of two floors, let's explore the first four bedrooms. Beginning to the hallway on the left of the front door, the first room includes two queen beds and en-suite with double vanity. Next to that is the expansive king master suite, complete with a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in closet. The third bedroom houses two twin beds and en-suite bath, and the fourth room includes another king suite with en-suite bathroom, soaking tub, and desk space for those of the group who may need to get a little work done in between beach sessions. The first floor also features a media room with sectional couch and 65-inch TV, with a wet bar as well. This space leads out to the first floor patio and the backyard area (and the pool, of course!). The sprawling living and kitchen area can be found on the second level. The ten-foot sectional couch leaves ample room for spending time together admiring the flood of natural light, beautiful view of the backyard sanctuary, and fine finishes and custom touches that make the space really something extraordinary. Beautiful custom built-in cabinetry and a 70-inch TV adorn the walls. In the kitchen you'll find commercial grade appliances, such as a Wolf gas stove and Sub Zero oversized refrigerator. The additional beverage refrigerator and ice maker offer even more convenience for the entire group. A large dining table is located in between the kitchen and great room for those wonderful family-style dinners. The large glass doors lead out onto the second-floor balcony with even more seating to enjoy the surroundings. This level offers three additional bedrooms, one with a twin-over-full bunk bed with easy access to the hall bathroom, and the last two are king suites with en-suite bathrooms. Now onto the headline feature of this beautiful estate, the sprawling backyard oasis. With lush, tropical landscaping surrounding the space you'll find that it is exceedingly private. The massive in-ground pool area includes the pool itself, two tanning ledges, a spa, plenty of lounge seating, and the stunning cabana. The cabana houses a large outdoor dining table, ping pong table, 55-inch mounted TV, and includes Bluetooth capabilities! You'll truly feel as if you're staying at your own private resort estate here on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Craving even more adventure and opulence, but with a bit of history too? Historic Downtown Charleston is a short 25 minute drive away. Here you can experience award-winning restaurants, nationally renowned history and landmarks, as well as some of the south's best art and shopping. This house was beautiful and exactly as described. We had a large group and there was enough space for everyone to have their own bedroom and own space. There are multiple decks with sitting areas to talk and look over the back yard. We took advantage of all the outdoor activities; the pool, hot tub, ping pong, tv, and corn hole. It’s a short walk to the beach, and they had chairs and beach umbrellas which we used . The property managers were very responsive with any issues or questions we had. The only con is the one neighbor to the right of the house, seemed annoyed with us being there. There is a strict loud ordinance from 10pm to 10am which we respected but on check in day, we were barely even settled in with unpacking when we were contacted by the property manager saying the neighbor texted saying we were being too loud at 6pm. We had a larger group with very young children (babies) so we were definitely not a loud or a rowdy group.
Pros: This property is beautiful and the house itself was fantastic. We had a large group, and needed lots of bedrooms, and this place fit the bill. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and being slightly removed from downtown Charleston. We were able to enjoy the great backyard with pool, hot tub, games, TV, and Bluetooth audio. The property management team was very responsive and came quickly to fix an issue that came up. Our group stayed 3 nights, but we wish we could've stayed longer. Cons: The one complaint I had was that the property provides limited supplies (paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc.). We ended up having to buy supplies to get us through the weekend, they were even out of table salt. So, if you plan to make any meals or stay for an extended number of days, be sure to shop ahead.
