We spent 4 nights at Tayos place. It was our last stop during our westcoast trip, and we had 2 prior outstanding AirBNBs, that where a lot cheaper (LA and Oakhurst). When we arrived, we had to wait 2 more hours after the official check in time till the cleaning lady was done, what was somewhat ok, we were given a late checkout but it sorta killed our plans for the day. The place itself was very clean and the TV and sound system is amazing. The street is quiet but the surrounding streets are sketchy. The houses on either side are desolated. The private yard and its amneties is not well kept, not even the grass has been mowed for a longer time. The hot tub was obviously hot the whole time, but the noise the hut tub makes is annoying especially at night, since the hot tub is on the other side of the master bedroom wall. The kitchen lacks of glases, mugs and cuttlery. So in my opinion the place is way too pricy and the area is not for the faint of heart. I will not come back.
Simple upon arrival. Listing as described. Loved having the private fenced back yard. Comfortable stay.
if you guys are looking for a place to stay at i highly recommend you guys to look into this home. It is such a great quiet area & very beautiful in the inside. Book with Tayo he is awesome & very kind !!!
Tayo's home matched the pictures. His home was a comfortable place. It was very clean. We didn't use the backyard much, except for my puppies going out for their business. There was a bit of rain in the evenings we were there, so just enjoyed hanging out in the living room watching movies. there was plenty of storage in two out the 3 rooms. Beds were comfortable. I did need a ceiling fan, which I noticed not alot of the homes have that feature. Overall I would recommend Tayo's home.
