Where do I start? Host was good and responsive , but the actual apartment itself was HORRENDOUS!! The pictures were from when the unit was originally built. Pool table was grossly stained Pool pockets were all broken. Broken glass in the closet Light switches didn’t work Water in toilets/sinks were yellow Kitchen sink didn’t have a handle Host had to come and replace all pots/pans/utensils as they were all very beat up Bathroom door didn’t close properly and was missing a handle so you could lock yourself without an escape if not careful. AC leaked Finishing was atrocious, paint sloppily done Floors were not level Cockroaches but at least we found insect spray Washing machine was full and was left that way Bathrooms were nicely inspired but were dirty upon closer inspection Long story short we canceled and left the next morning!

Had a great two week stay at Ayomides place. The cleaning staff was so sweet, security was top notch! My only suggestion would be better kitchen utensils. Good value, and the location was perfect! Thank you!

The lay out is amazing but unfortunately they have terrible housekeeper who doesn’t maintain beautiful spacious apartment. Nice big balcony and open space. Unfortunately the first night the neighbors upstairs were loud all night with music and wouldn’t lower it but the next night was much better. Didn’t have clean or dry towels. Owner needs to have good cleaning done and maybe have lockbox for keys because we were not allowed to leave complex without giving keys to his helpers which delayed us for airport
