On 03/15/2023, TGE Farm Resort was paid & confirmed by Airbnb with this Confirmation # HMMZQXTS5N. On 03/19/2023 I received an e-mail from Airbnb reminding me of my stay. On 03/22/2023 I received another e-mail from Airbnb welcoming us to Tuguegarao City. This was so strange for me to receive an e-mail like this because the truth of the matter is Armando sent me an e-mail on 03/19/2023 to cancel my booking because someone already has taken the place. As soon as I was able to connect with wifi I tried to cancel my reservation but unfortunately, when I entered the reason for the cancellation "Host canceled my reservation" a message popped up that it should be the Host to cancel the reservation not me. I then sent an e-mail to Armando that he should be the one to cancel my reservation. His wife left a voice mail to call the # xxxx. I then called back while checking in using the CP of the Receptionist. I was told that the person whom they gave my room backout. It was too late. Terrible!!!
