Great for a weekend retreat away! 15 minutes from center of Woodstock and 5 minutes from Phoenicia. Being right along the Esopus creek was great for my fiancé to get in some daily fly fishing :) place was super clean and comfortable. Only thing to note is the couch is also a sofa bed so not necessarily the most comfortable for lounging and reading a book for a few hours but we mainly spent the days out and about and came back here as our home base at night which it was perfect for! Would definitely come back

Had wonderful stay at Erika’s place. She’s incredibly responsive and accommodating, and house is cozy, clean and just as described. We particularly love enjoying our morning walks next to the peaceful magical creek running behind the houses. Will definitely come back again.

Erika was such an amazing host! She was super responsive from the get-go. Before I even booked my trip, she was super accommodating and let me check in early. She also offered me special pricing and was very flexible with all of my needs and asks. The cottage was beautiful and looked even better in person than in photos. It's a perfect size for a small group of 2-3 people. The creek in the back was really nice and the flow of the water was peaceful. It was super cozy and very clean.

This cozy cabin is just one of several in this little beautiful, peaceful cutout of land. We were the only one's there this weekend, but i can imagine having lots of friends up there to share the entire area. Erika has thought of all the little things to make people feel at home in her cabins, with recommendations to local eats, trails, and lots more. The cabin it self was incredibly cozy, new amenities, modern shower and bathroom, not to mention the heat works amazingly for those very cold winter nights. the cabin is situated far enough from other property and lights that you can appreciate the beautiful night sky. Lastly, Erika has made the entire property walkable and accessible, my dog lovedddd the creek in the back as did we! i would certainly come back.
